Storekeeper

· Pick and Pack.

Job Description & Requirements
The role of a Sales Support Executive / Coordinator / Admin is responsible for rendering all the after-sales support services to the customers. This includes processing of orders, preparing internal & external credit notes, payment collection, preparation of quotations, contracts, mailers, samples and coordination with other departments.

Specific Responsibilities
1. Responsible for taking customers’ orders via phone or email, input into system, print and sort the invoices.

2. Responsible to prepare internal & external credit notes.

3. Responsible for payment collection from customers.

4. Assist in the preparation of quotations / contracts / mailers / samples for sales team.

5. Assist point between customers and logistics department on all logistics matters.

6. Assist to check and coordinate on supply issues with warehouse, purchasing and production departments.

7. Maintain and replenish sales samples drawers.

8. Attend to office deliveries/mails as we do not have receptionist.

9. Assist in the preparation of the monthly report on sales performances to the management for sales performance evaluation when required.

10. Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Competency Requirements
1. GCE ‘O’ level.
2. NAV/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage.
3. Communication skills for coordination and customer service.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday : 8 30am - 5 45pm (1 Hour Break)
Saturday: 8 30am - 2 30pm (1 Saturday Shift Every 4 Weeks)

Job Functions:

• Assist EH&S Engineers in the upkeep of Company Transport, Cafeteria and Security operations.
• Monitor EH&S supplies inventory levels and update EH&S engineers.
• General work area housekeeping, 6S, photocopying, EH&S documentation.

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

• Education qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences
• Good communication skills
• Ability read, comprehend, speak, and write English
• Good computer skills with proven ability to learn computer-based programs
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision by following detailed work instructions for semi-routine tasks.
• Work in and promote a Team environment, including exchanging information related to performing required tasks with colleagues, within and outside of the warehouse
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and confirm transport order to ensure pickup of the shipment at origin.
• Perform booking and booking optimization.
• Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination in a cost-efficient manner for all export shipments.
• Prepare, control and distributes all required export documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee supplier, etc.) and ensure that they are compliance with the internal regulations and procedures.
• Check response from counterparts and finalize validation of required documents.
• Follow up shipment status in export area, identify and ensure resolution of incidents.
• Develop and maintain excellent service to both internal and external customers at all times.
• Performs IT systems related tasks to provide up to date information on shipments.
• Coordinate with vendors on timely pick up / transfer of cargo.
• Send all related documents to Company’s appointed vendors for permit declaration.
• Accrual all costs in system and book in vendors invoices.
• Any others additional tasks and duties required by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in a freight forwarding industry.
• Good knowledge for Air Export business especially on documentation and customs clearance.
• Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail who is meticulous and efficient.
• Positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
