Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

• Attend to retail customers' enquiries
• Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, reply emails and enquiries
• Handle sales quotations, delivery order, invoices and coordination with sales team
• Provide administrative support to sales team
• Perform general administrative duties
• Maintaining a proper filing system and helps to register
• Ordering and tracking of office equipment inventory and assets
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good mathematics calculation
• Able to handle Mandarin and English speaking clients

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least “O” Level / ITE or equivalent

Working Hour:

• Mon to Fri – 8am to 5pm

1. Receive Request for quote (RFQ) from customer.

2. Prepare quotes for products based on customers' requirements.

3. Prepare and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

4. Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints.

5. Liaising with the production planner on delivery schedules.

6. Work closely with sales, finance, and purchasing departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the invoicing, quoting and production planning process.

7. Ad-Hoc task assigned by superior.

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings;
• Monitor and review drawings, solve technical issues, highlight design improvements;
• Liaise with Designer on shop drawing production;
• Prepare shop drawing submission;
• Conduct technical meeting with consultants and project team on drawing issues;
• Review and approve material / finishes for submission;
• Prepare material submission;
• Perform design/installation verification on site;
• Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation;
• Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing;
• Coordinating, organizing, and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing;
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on architectural matters and ensure the architectural workmanship standards;
• Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations;
• Supervise project activities to comply with the Company standard and project requirement
• Attend meetings with sub-contractors and prepare Minutes of Meeting;
• Ensure drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely manner;
• Arrange and attend site inspection as per project requirement;

Roles and Responsibilities

· Create precise and well-organized Architectural Revit (BIM) models.

· Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models, including sufficient detail and proper annotation for tender and construction purposes.

· Establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modeling processes, and drawing formats.

· Efficiently manage and coordinate activities across multiple projects simultaneously.

· Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines.

· Possess a recognized Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Structural Engineering/Construction or its equivalent.

· Proficient in Revit/BIM software for Archi and Structure MEP.

· Familiar with Singapore Construction Industry regulations.

· Oversee the coordination process, data exchange, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.

· Have experience in drawing coordination and BIM management within the Singapore Construction Industry.

Requirements

· Possess a Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM, or an equivalent qualification.

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in projects involving C&S, Reinforcement/Architectural/Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models.

· Preferably, candidates with experience in HDB BTO projects will be given priority.

· Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend architectural and structural construction documents.

· Capable of completing models and shop drawings in a timely and high-quality manner.

· Must be a graduate of a recognized technical school or program.

· Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D Simulation, and Quantity take-off.

· Possess excellent time management skills.

· Knowledge in Bently Open Building Designer and Dynamo will be an added advantage.
