Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Sales Coordinator located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client makes sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff and you will be responsible customer calls and visits, support the sales team with various activities, and prepare sales quotations. You process orders, manage shipment schedules, and prepare shipping documents. You also handle Letter of Credit (LC) documents and coordinate with freight forwarders.

Additionally, you work with the sales and technical teams to clarify customer needs, update sales forecasts, and prepare monthly sales reports. • Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
• Professionally handle high volume of inquiries and assist to provide effective solution for customers' issues
• Provide excellent support and customer-service
• Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up
• Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
• Coordinate projects and support lead manager. Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule
• Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing

Requirements:

Job Description:

1. Site Co-ordination

• Overall project management, schedule planning and implementation
• Manage site activities, internal project team, sub-contractor and vendors/in-house contractors
• Co-ordination with Building Owner, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Residence Architect/Engineers, Interior Designer and Sub-Contractors
• Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of equipment and materials to sub-contractors
• Pre-installation inspection
• Determine site condition for installation
• Preparation and submission of site installation drawing
• Preparation of As-Built Drawing, Operation and Maintenance Manual, and conduct Maintenance Training for the Building Management Team
• Testing and Commissioning of Equipment and System
• Liaising with contractors on relevant testing
• Fire alarm testing / RI

2. Product / Technical Support

• Testing, commissioning of installed products
• Material preparation
• Shop / construction drawings
• Production specification

3. Equipment and Tools

• Due to nature of work, you will be required to carry the necessary tools in your own vehicle (e.g. ladder, calibration tools and etc.)

• Class 3 driving license
