Requirements:

• Possess minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities/Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse or real estate facility management environment. Logistics / Supply Chain / Express Delivery companies will be an advantage
• Certified in Fire & Safety is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customer.

• Develop and manage customer relationships with a focus on logistics, especially in the Asian context, covering countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Philippines, and Singapore.
• Utilize logistics-related experiences, including warehouse operations, consumer product handling, account management, and business development.
• Track and analyze market trends, adjusting branch operation strategies according to market changes, and meeting set indicators by the headquarters.
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related commercial disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Experience in M&A (target sourcing, analysis, negotiation, due diligence, valuation, PMI).
• Experience in managing invested companies as a shareholder/fund manager.
• Experience in project accounting.
• Experience in logistics projects/business.
• Experience as a project manager in M&A.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Center.
• Travel: Required (1-3 trips/month).
