PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operations
1. To prepare in generating sales order comply with the sales order processing procedure to ensure that the whole process run smoothly from start to end.
2. Check and verify accuracy of selling prices so as to ensure that the goods are sold at the contracted or agreed price and not sold below cost.

3. To issue Intercompany & customers weekly/monthly backlog & shipping instruction.

4. To liaise with Shipping Department for incoming shipment for urgent unstuffing, invoices for customers prior to shipment.

5. Assist in input inquiry to Japan and other direct factories and generating purchase requisition to Material Control Department.
6. To follow up for lead time reply from factories, acknowledgement of sales confirmation from customers.

7. Attend to customers request of sending open order sheet and stock availability list.

8. Updating of documents properly to ensure easy retrieval of documents / information within the department.
9. To liaise with customer and sales personal to ensure correct delivery instructions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute material procurement plans in alignment with operational requirements and forecasted volumes of incoming racks and machine trays to ensure timely availability of hardware's.
• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including but not limited to shipping, receiving, and internal material movements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address any logistical challenges and ensure on-time delivery of materials.

• Assist the team supervisor by providing necessary data, reports, and insights into material availability, status, and forecasts, aiding in informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with management to optimize logistics processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles within a technical or data center environment.
• Familiarity with data center hardware, equipment, and related components; understanding of inventory management systems is preferred.
• Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
