• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project.
• Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.

1) To maintain accurate inventory records and ensuring that stock levels are optimal. They monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and make adjustments as necessary to prevent overstock or stock outs.

8) Planning and optimizing the routing of deliveries to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. This may involve choosing the best carriers, routes, and delivery methods.

9) Implementing and using warehouse system to streamline operations, track inventory, and improve visibility into the supply chain.
