We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Store Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational and customer service skills, ready to oversee staff, maintain standards, and contribute to the store's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management and LeadershipSupervise, motivate, and lead a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  Manage staff schedules, ensure adequate shift coverage, and coordinate training sessions.
  Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  
• Customer Service ExcellenceEnsure customers receive outstanding service and satisfaction.
  Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  Monitor and enhance the overall dining or purchase experience in the store.
  
• Store Operations ManagementOversee daily operations, including food preparation, serving, and inventory management.
  Ensure the store meets all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  Handle cash management, monitor sales, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  
• Sales and PromotionsImplement and promote store marketing activities, such as special offers and seasonal campaigns.
  Analyze sales performance and work to achieve revenue targets.
  Identify and suggest opportunities for increasing sales and improving service efficiency.
  
• Compliance and StandardsEnsure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.
  Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control of food, beverages, and service.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Degree or certification in hospitality, food service management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
