• Perform, document internal audits and other quality assurance activities to ensure readiness on international standards certification audits and GMP inspection.
• Create, review work instructions and standard operating procedures, devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
• Conduct / perform training to employees to improve GMP / international standards certification awareness and compliance.
• Other duties as and when assigned by management.

Job Scope:-

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles, including identifying problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups, maintenance, and inspections.
• Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks).
• Keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles.
• Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul and servicing (Mechanical)
• Perform lubricant replacement, greasing and flushing for system (Hydraulic)
• Perform wiring replacing, re-routing of harnesses, cabling repair and system testing (Electrical)
• Collaborate with the team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs.
• Machinery usage involved overhead crane, buffering machine, hydraulic press, drilling machine & STE etc.
• Working at height (climbing up and down of vehicles)
• Check electrical system faults and Repair wiring systems
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain 5S/ housekeeping (Include, sweeping, clearing, and throwing rubbish, washing of parts & vehicles)
• Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.

Requirements:-

• O Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or Equivalent

Job Description:

1.Manage and execute maintenance plan.Update maintenance documents.

2.Attendance/initial troubleshooting to fault/breakdown/complaint & records

3.Attend user request for handyman works ,report to client for follow up action

4.Monitoring close outs for daily work orders,attend to work orders, plan weekly escorting schedule.

5.Coordination/supervision of contractor's work (maintenance/rectification/fault)

6.Premise inspection and critical equipment.

7.Reporting of abnormality

8.7 days/24 hours standby for any M & E related emergency call out

9.Monitoring of FMAS on Data Centre M & E facilities.

10.Scheduling of FCUs and AHUs for aircon extension request

11.Obtain quotation for maintenance and improvement works from vendors/contractors.

12.Assist in part sourcing and maintain M&E supplies

Requirement:

1.Diploma /Degree in electrical and facilities management

2.Min 1 years maintenance experience in facilities management for commercial building/ data centres/ bank & etc

3.Coordinate works with appointed vendors, suppliers , subcontractor and client in relation to facilities management

4.24X7 standby

5.Produce monthly maintenance & service report to clients
