About The Position

The Digital Services and Support (DSS) Implementation department is responsible for development and

delivery of our Crew and Ops management products to airline customers. We are looking for Systems

Analyst/Software Engineer to join our department based in Singapore. This is an opportunity to be part

of an enthusiastic team that solve some of the most challenging airline’s planning and operational

problems.

In this position, you will work closely with our clients and develop applications to meet their business

needs. We are looking for applicants with strong communication skills who can drive technical solutions

decision in a confident way. The candidate should be good at dealing with technical challenges as well as

handling client expectations and building long-term customer relations.

Your responsibilities will include requirement gathering, software customization, optimization

modelling, testing and continuous improvement on the value proposition of our products.

All positions will be based in Singapore and the candidate needs to be able to travel to our customers

from time to time as part of the job, mainly within APAC region. We support hybrid working model.

Basic Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and troubleshoot any OTN-related issues.
• Troubleshooting of Optical devices such as Ciena 6500 and Infinera GX40 in Hut, PoPs and Datacenter.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Understanding of fiber-optic technology including cable types, connector types, optic types, patch panels, and optical transport technologies
