5. Supervisor job requirements:

- Implements, maintain and coordinate health and safety matters on work sites.

- Ensure compliance of all work site safety procedures, rules and regulations in accordance with MOM, NEA and main contractor's requirements:

- Assist in conducting regular site inspections and take appropriate corrective actions

- Conduct toolbox meeting

- Assist WSHO in proper documentation of all site safety meeting, reporting and recording

Requirements:

- Min Certificate/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Building/Structural Engineering

- Min 3 years of Construction or WSH Safety Corrdinator experience

- Possess Certificate in Safety Coordinator or Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)

- Demonstrated knowledge of WSH legislation and requirement

- Effective communication, writing and computer skills

- Responsible, committed and independent with minimum supervision.

- Able to start work in short notice.

• Preparation and submission of engineering designs and documents by adhering to construction plans and drawings, utilizing AutoCAD for take-offs, and participating in tender processes.
• Manage all aspects of the project, including site surveys, construction budgeting, bidding, negotiations, awards, and project operations.
• Formulate and administer contracts, negotiating revisions, changes, and additions with architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Analyze complex engineering problems, evaluate alternatives, and effectively communicate recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of work according to the schedule.
• Monitor and adhere to the work schedule, progress, and project costing.

The Engineer shall drive sales growth in the assigned territory to potential and existing customers. Develops and implements sales and marketing plan to achieve sales objectives. 1. Achieve Sales

• Establishes and maintains customer relationships in assigned territory.
• Provides solutions related to gas and liquid analyzer and instrumentation, pumps, control valves, and engineering services.
• Recommends improved products or solutions to customers’s application, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.

Prerequisites:

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Chemistry or Engineering of Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experiences in industrial B2B (Instrumentation & Process Analytics in Oil & Gas, Chemical/Petrochemical, Gases, Water, Electronics/Semiconductor, Pharmacuetical, Food & Beverage).
• Experience in field instrumentation, process analytics and mechanical equipment will be highly relevant but not compulsory.
• Candidates without relevant experiences may be considered for junior role.
• Demonstrates a positive working attitude and can work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience in NAV system is highly desirable.
