The Client Service Executive will have dual accountability to support the Aspire team by servicing existing clients' requirements; inclusive of all contractual maintenance and reporting, performance of contractual and ad hoc invoicing requirements. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Account Management

1. Contract Fulfillment/ Invoicing

Ensure for all Aspire clients:

• Timely and accurate distribution of all documentation including new/renewed contracts
• Monitoring of existing contracts so as to ensure timely notification of upcoming renewals

• Provide client activity reports as per the agreed client specific service agreements in an accurate and timely manner
• Respond to client service requests in an efficient manner and coordinate the involvement and reports of other Intl.SOS departments where appropriate
• Preparation and communication of activity reports to clients via telephone and face-to-face

10. Periodically inspect BMC premises to eliminate potential breeding spots and liaise with National Environment Agency (NEA) during ground inspections.
11. Monitor and supervise gardening contractor and gardening works.
12. Respond promptly to and report emergency breakdown and calls for assistance.

• Technical Support to regional Service Team for escalated service cases of Yokogawa products and Analyzer systems.
• Communicate with Global Response Center and other stakeholders for escalated cases and solutions.
• Online technical support and customer visits across YEA Region for unresolved cases
• Develop technical documents for Service Team’s competency development
• Support Service business development activities

Below duties in view of ISMS requirements:

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 5 yrs experience in Service Portfolio – Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Repair of Process Instrumentation (Engineer with less experience can be considered if ready to accept challenges, learn and deliver)
• Experience in Petro Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power, Paper & Pulp, Water, Food, Pharma Industries etc.
• Fundamental knowledge in Field Instrumentation, Liquid and Gas Analyzer
• Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical thinking
• Proactive, self learner

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering;
• Has at least 5 years proven experience in financial services preferably in trade floor;
• Experience working in banking environments or other highly regulated environments;
• Experience working with IPC Unigy, IP turrets, media gateways and NICE voice recorders;
• Experience in Windows Desktop, Window Server (2012, 2016, 2019);
• Experience in managing and responding to system audits;
• Knowledge on SIP technology;
• Knowlege on network, protocols and firewalls;
• Good understanding on operational security guidelines and risk management;
• Good understanding on security monitoring and vulnerability management;
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and adeptness in problem-solving.

Desired Skill-set

• Knowledge on SQL, IPC Uniqy and IMR voice recording.

Responsibilities

• Part of the global communication team, involved in providing support from day-today operations;
• Provide project support for enhancement or changes to global strategic projects for traders in the dealing rooms;
• Responsible to support the voice recording, hoot & intercom and the integration of communication-enabled business workflow applications;
• Manage and respond quickly to incidents, investigate & provide resolution;
• Support and troubleshoot issues with trading applications & interfaces, either locally or through 3rd party service providers;
• Liaise with third party vendors for any issues or escalate the issue to the next level;
• Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
