Primary Responsibilities

Oversees Daily Operations and Achieving Targets

• Oversees the set-up and operation of a station/section in a restaurant.
• Supervises and participates in running an efficient and profitable operation in the assigned areas. 
• Assists the Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager in enabling employees achieve highest service and product delivery standards with a highest degree of client care and service at all times.

• Provides a high level of Safety and Security for guests and colleagues. 
• Checks daily opening and closing duties.

Training, Learning and Development of the Team

• Conducts regular on the job trainings for colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge. 
• Assists in records and submits monthly On-the-Job Training hours to Food & Beverage Office before the 15th of each month.
• Guides the departmental orientation for new hires.
• Ensures that colleagues are aware of hotel rules and regulations.
• Ensures that colleagues are trained on fire and safety, emergency procedures and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine checks, repairs, and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.
2. PLC Programming: Modify and troubleshoot PLC programs (Mitsubishi and Omron) using GX Developer and CX Developer software to optimize machine functionality.
3. Technical Systems Handling: Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and associated components effectively.
4. Electrical Expertise: Interpret electrical drawings and ladder diagrams to support maintenance tasks and machine modifications.
5. Production Support: Prioritize repairing and improving production machinery to enhance performance, reduce breakdowns, and improve part quality.
6. Process Optimization: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve efficiency, and recommend corrective measures for machinery improvement.
7. Safety & Compliance: Ensure repairs and modifications adhere to safety standards and participate in developing and reviewing safety protocols.
8. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and supervisors to achieve quality, productivity, and cost-reduction goals.
9. Audit & Documentation: Compile accurate documentation, assist in audit protocol development, and ensure adherence to quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO14001).
10. Continuous Improvement: Plan and execute improvement projects, coordinate departmental objectives, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
