Join JIJI.SG's operations and customer service team to help us improve and exceed our customers' expectations when they shop with us!

In the process, learn how operations is managed for an online store, from inbound operations such as freight forwarding and receiving shipments, to outbound operations such as picking and packing, working with 3rd party couriers and managing our in-house delivery fleet.

Most importantly, future team members must have a strong sense of dedication to our customers' happiness.

Job Description

• Responsible to deliver a customer-centric experience and assist customers across all channels including phone calls, emails and live chat.
• Going the extra mile to ensure customers’ needs and expectation are met.
• Actively involved in refining customer experience through customer feedbacks and observing daily operations.
• Proactive and initiative to constantly improve internal processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with any issues they face when they shop with us, including product enquiry, delivery or order related enquiry.
• Cheerful and friendly disposition when communicating with customers.
• Strong sense of dedication to our customers’ happiness.
• Process-oriented and good attention for detail.
• Accountable and responsible team-player.
• Able to work independently and also as a team.
• Past experience in either operations or customer service will be a plus.

Job Scope

Data Entry (for Sales Invoices) + Printing Invoices + Check Pricelist

Time: Monday to Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (5 day work)

Duration - 3 months (to start Immediately)

Location: 23 Chin Bee Ave

Prefer stay near by, Only Singaporen or PR

Prefer able to speak & Write: English and Chinese

No work permit holder is allowance

• Provide daily administrative support.
• Coordinate and liaise closely with internal and external parties to arrange appointments, ensuring timely responses to customers.
• Update and maintain the customer database to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Sort and organize customer data to facilitate effective analysis and reporting.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
• Assist in event preparation and coordination.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-

* Handling of all customer's (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.

* Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders

* Financial responsibilities - Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies

* Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities

* Assist in managing weekly order status reporting

* Provide administrative support for the Manager
