Possess working knowledge of IT Service Management and CMBD processes with hands-on experience in one or more ITAM/SAM tools, like ServiceNow, BMC Helix, HPSM etc.

Specialized knowledge of defining, documenting, and implementing Asset Management and Configuration Management processes for both hardware and software CIs

Experience in data analysis, SQL, R/ Python (Or other tools for statistical analysis) and data visualisation tools is advantageous.

ITIL Framework knowledge with a strong understanding of ITIL tools, processes and terminology is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• To assist with reviewing drawings and scope of works, resolving technical issues with clients and subcontractors to ensure proposals and project accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with cost and schedule engineer for schedule estimates, progress monitoring and reporting, cost forecast, resource loading and planning.
• Perform day-to-day site management and attend sub-con/technical meetings to ensure specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent.
• M & E site experience in construction industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge and skills in Autocad Drafting Software.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must also possess effective interpersonal skills.
• Must consistently demonstrate strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized and self-motivated.
• Can efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while working on multiple proposals and projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Must have delivery focussed approach, must take ownership, and drive the activities for closure as per client expectations.
• Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
• Proactive & resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
• Independent contributor who can work well with minimal supervision.
