Responsibilities:-

• Provides responsible service, repair and installation services to our customers in a professional manner
• Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain product in optimum operating condition
• Reviews product performance and quality and communicate to Technical Director any downward shifts in performance and quality
• Perform testing and inspection on finished goods for quality issues and perform corrective actions
• Provide assistance and technical service requests to and by project clients
• Other duties as assigned by Technical Director and/or management
• Manage KDK quality claims
• Achieve department KPI

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Engineer in Media Asset Management Support will be providing comprehensive technical services to support the Companys broadcast enterprise systems for workflow orchestration, media asset management and post-production. The engineer will be providing professional services in supporting the system maintenance, operation requirements and implementation of project with alignment to the Companys business strategy.
