You bring

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with at least 7 years of plant equipment / maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years Project management skills and experience. At least 3 years’ experience in root cause analysis.
• SAP/BMS/Traksys experience preferred. Six Sigma Black belt certified would be an added advantage.
• Leadership qualities and ability to plan ahead. Positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• A can-do mindset to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives. A sense of ownership, excel in compliance, people development and delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
• Accountability to decision-making, ensuring alignment with our Mission, Vision and achieving positive outcomes. A spirit of initiative and drive for progress, provide a sustainable value chain through continuous improvement.
