Job Description :
1. Ensure workers carry out their duties to the required standards.
2. Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and reschedule/ reassign the staff to cover absences.
3. Responsible for coaching the workers aware of and familiar with the proper way of operating the equipment and materials.
4. Produce reports and meet regularly with the Managing Director to discuss the provisions and effectiveness of the service.
5. Ferry workers (to and fro) from designated locations to jobsites.
6. Operate vehicles safely and effectively to minimize the risk of injury or property damage.
7. Perform regular safety and maintenance checks.
8. Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports as well as vehicle inspection reports.
9. Any other tasks may be assigned by the Company as and when required.
Requirement :
1. Able to work well with others as a competent team and team leader.
2. Able to understand and write simple English.
3. Approachable and helpful attitude.
4. Physically fit.
5. Possess a valid Class 3/4.
6. Preferably candidate attained Supervise Work in Confined Space Operations, Confined Space Management, and Work at Height for Supervisor.
