Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in maintenance of CCTV / PA / Access Control / SCADA System, Integrated Security System and Power Systems including system design and coordination work
• Plan the project schedule with customers or vendor to conduct work at site
• Follow the schedule commitment and make sure that Project Engineer are updated on delays or problems
• Site supervision when project team or vendor is carrying out site work

Requirements:

• NITEC and/or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall day to day maintenance and operations of vehicles and building.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for freezer trucks, office building and equipment.
• Coordinate and liaise with our drivers, in-house Technician and vendors or contractors to carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Update and maintain servicing & maintenance records.
• In charge of filing GIA reports and sending parking offence appeal requests.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic or ITE graduate in engineering field with at least 2 years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Having a Class 3 driving license is a plus but not necessary.

Purpose and Scope

Plan and supervise the maintenance team in the execution of assigned plant maintenance activities within schedule and cost, in compliance with regulatory and company's standards and requirements, in particular company's safety standards, as well as to develop staff capabilities using appropriate capability interventions and on-the-job training at Sakra Cogen, SUT and Water Plants.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the team in the execution of preventive, corrective maintenance programs within schedule and cost, and in compliance with companies and regulatory standards and requirements, and meeting customer’s expectations.
• Good knowledge and experience of I&C equipment maintenance and troubleshooting of Control Systems like DCS, PLC and SCADA.
• Able to understand and troubleshooting on Logic Diagrams like Function Blocks and Ladder Logics.
• Knowledgeable in Field Instruments selection, configuration and calibration such as transmitters & gauges, switches etc.
• Knowledgeable in maintenance and troubleshooting of Analytical instruments like pH, Conductivity, Sodium, Silica, TOC, Oxygen and CEMS Analyzers.
• Knowledgeable on Cyber Security OT systems and support Plant Cyber Security implementation and audits.
• Troubleshoot/ fault diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure.
• Develop Risk Assessment and mitigation measures for every Maintenance job in the plant before executing maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain a proper documentation system to archive all jobs internally and with customers for sharing and audit purposes.
• Engage stakeholders to resolve technical problems that arises in the plant.
• Assist the section head to identify, plan & review the training needs of the section.
• Assist the section head to review and identify spare requirements classifying under Strategic or Inventory spare.
• Assist the section head to develop the section's Maintenance budget.
• Prepare daily updates on Maintenance activities for the day to all stakeholders (operations)
• Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)
