Key Responsibilities:
Generate Sales leads.
Identify and approach new customers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
People Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Ensure sales and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth.
Vegetable Knowledge and Development:
To identify target customers from FMCG, Hotels, and F&B sectors.
Familiar with all types of vegetables.
Reporting and Performance Metrics:
Be able to work according to the management's performance target.
Track and report sales performance and results.
Continuously improve sales performance and results
Requirements for Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the local and regional vegetable / fresh produce market
Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics
Good presentation skill
Be able to handle stress and work in fast-paced environments.
Good computer skills, e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship & partnership-building skills
Multi-lingual will be an advantage as this position will deal with various type of stakeholders.
