We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. Under the general guidelines of the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager solicits transient and group business that enables Mondrian Singapore Duxton to meet and/or exceed set revenue goals in rooms, events, meetings, conferences and food and beverage.

The Sales department is responsible for selling the hotel and providing a relationship-oriented atmosphere for the client, who would book business into the hotel. How your day looks like:

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication

Overall Responsibilities

Monitor Licensee Obligations

• Conduct regular business review with key licensees to ensure product development, product

• Retail Visibility for Brands/Licensed Products
• Work closely with PLS regional marketing team to cultivate and direct key retail accounts on behalf of Licensor and its partners, working closely with all stakeholders to build appropriate retail relationships and secure prominent product placement at retail.

Account Receivables

• Work with Finance team to ensure that licensees remit the License Fee and submit monthly/quarterly royalty report on time.

This is a global role of managing the Security Operations Center (SOC) in Singapore as part of global SOC operations.
