• Follow established policies and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
• Provide daily (when onsite) and weekly status reports on key activities, events, and accounts, as applicable. Creates or maintains assigned tasks on SD SharePoint, and updates the tasks status frequently. Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, Mathematics, Engineering or airport management, engineering, or a related discipline and relevant professional certifications.
• Experience: Previous experience in airport systems delivery management, airport operations, or related fields is required. At least 10 years as a system engineer at an Enterprise IT company or managed services organization. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in implementation and troubleshooting of airport solution systems.
• Knowledge of Airport Operations and Systems: A deep understanding of airport operations, Systems Integration, including security protocols, airline applications and Departure Control Systems, ground handling, passenger services, baggage handling, and air traffic control is essential.
