FACILITIES / BUILDING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced hands-on manager to oversee the daily operations of several industrial/commercial & residential properties. You will be coordinating and managing maintenance and repair activities, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

To be successful as our Facilities/Building Manager, you should have excellent organizational and project management skills and ensure that our properties are in compliance with applicable regulations and building codes.
