About the Role

The Portfolio Finance Manager plays a key role in finance related matters for PIDG and InfraCo companies in Asia, including its subsidiaries and joint ventures. The candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, in ensuring the completion and accuracy of financial reporting related to day-to-day operations and investment projects, and compliance with the local tax/audit regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Accounting & Tax:

• Group Consolidation, Audit and Statutory Filing – Assist Finance Manager in charge of group accounts on preparation of group consolidation, financial statements and annual filings for the PIDG and InfraCo Asia group. • Outsourced Provider Management – Manage outsourced accounting and tax service providers and auditors for Singapore incorporated companies under InfraCo Asia.
• Recharges and Cost Allocation – Support the calculation and basis of recharges and cost allocation to project companies as required.

Oversight of Project Companies - Management & Financial Reporting:

• Project Financial Review – Assist to review project financial reports prepared by the business team/project company teams and provide analysis of expenditure against approved budgets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Structuring of credit facilities in the loans system, perform limit implementation/maintenance and limit

monitoring functions

• Respond to Business Units’ requests and enquiries within a stipulated time-line

• Participate actively to move the team towards completion of goals i.e. develop a service-oriented

culture within the team

• Support Business Units in their digitalization initiatives &/or launch of new products

• Participate in process digitalization or automation initiatives.

• Ensure all SLA/TAT are being met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 5 years’ related experience in a Financial Institution with related experience in credit

administration and credit monitoring for all credit products.

Other skills required:

• Familiar with both commercial, corporate and retail banking products.

• Resourceful and a good team player.

• Conversant with related local regulatory requirements would be an added advantage.

• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel.

As a Senior Fund Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the firm's operations.
