Job purpose:
You will be part of the Sales team and responsible to identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in both new and existing customers.

· Working Hours: 5½ days, (Mon–Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am–12.30pm)

Responsibilities
· Develop new customers and manage existing accounts by means of mid-long mid-term Sales Account Development Strategies.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs to grow sales, opportunities and foster a positive customer relationship..
· Prepare weekly and monthly Sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
· Work with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries.
· Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities.
· Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders.
· Other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
· At least Diploma in Mechanical or Precision Engineering and above.
· Customer-driven and results-oriented.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Must have 3-5 years’ experience in Precision/Medtech manufacturing industries.
· Understands BOM and Drawings.
· Fluent in English, both oral and written
· Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Prior experience with ERP systems preferred.
· Possess valid driving license and own vehicle will be an advantage.
