Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are to handle all maintenance and repair matters for empty containers returned from consignees or Port of Loading (POL), including the survey and review of repairs, coordination of spare parts, reviewing of repair cost estimates, as well as associated reports. • Review all repair estimates submitted by appointed depot/s;
• Coordinate cold-treatment reefer requirements, data requests and space requirement from principals for shipping of heavy damage containers;
• Analyze and review repair items and its related cost prior submission to principals for approval;
• Weekly heavy damage containers arrangement;
• 3rd Party recovery on damage containers;
• Coordinate reworking operations for live dry /RF container in PSA Terminal and subsequently reporting of each reworking to principals;
• Coordinate load & lash operations and patching with PSA Terminal & vendor;
• Arrange for survey of any damage/ off-hire empty dry container;
• Follow up with POL on the seal replacement documentation.

PROGRAMME

Selected candidates will undergo a structured 44-month training program to qualify for a CAT B License from Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
