WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

General Summary:

Position is reporting to Maintenance Manager and responsible for completing maintenance assignments to build, repair and/or maintain all equipment in good operating condition as quickly and accurately as possible; while keeping associated costs to a minimum and meet plant’s goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Completes projects (CAPEX and Cost Opportunity Improvement) with minimal guidance showing a proactive attitude to design and installations.
• Manage technician, inhouse contractor and external contractor.
• Leading yearly LSS Cost improvement project and sustainability project.
• Troubleshoots mechanical devices in operation. Dismantles and examines devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments, repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Troubleshoots and repairs input/output devices using PLC systems.
• Troubleshoots, completes, designs, upgrades and installs electrical equipment, circuits and systems.
