Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, identify and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield, and product performance goals.
• Assist Engineer in data collection and organizing data for analysis. Perform failure analysis improvement tasks and efficiency as well as product yield.
• Ensure all activities are complying with SOP, ISO, GMP/GDP and FDA.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5s at the workplace.
• Coordinate and participate in maintenance functions of all manufacturing equipment and ensure that they are all on good conditions. Schedule and perform all chemicals mixing activities and accountable for chemical mixing quality.
• Coordinate with calibration team for calibrate the measurement tool with need/required for on schedule calibration.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering related
• At least 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance
• Experienced in semiconductor industry

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Elect & Aircon)

Requirements

• Possess Professional Certificate or ITE / NTC certification in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management

Job Responsibilities

• Operate the process accordance with the Standard of Operations and comply strictly to safety, quality and environmental guidelines.
• To interface daily with production plant so as to enhance collaboration and speed up every activity.
• Carry out small batch blending productions.
• Report all process/equipment/environmental abnormalities, incidents and/or near misses. Take part in further investigation when required.
• Assist in coordination of daily maintenance planning and to participate in maintenance activities and shut-down/start-up of sections.
• Assist in training of new technicians.
• Ensure export is properly carried out and right material is being sent out.
• Carry out inventory control and ensure proper usage.
• Carry out scheduled housekeeping activities.
• Suggest new ideas to improve the existing facilities in the packing division.
• Any other duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in chemical/ petrochemical industry.
• Forklift license would be an added advantage.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Able to work under fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Proficient in MS Office.
