Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Design and develop the architecture for software systems using .NET, Angular, Vue.js, and web and mobile app technologies, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Create technical specifications and diagrams that outline the structure and behavior of software systems.
• Update software, enhance existing software capabilities, and develop and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, stakeholders, and computer hardware engineers to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and meet specifications and performance requirements.
• Review and approve technical designs and code changes, ensuring they adhere to established standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on best practices and techniques.
• Evaluate and recommend software tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance the development process.
• Work with hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and architecture design with .NET, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with software testing, validation, and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect, are a plus.

Responsibilities

Operations, Facilities & Equipment Management for Sports Facilities

• Oversee and maintain door access controls (keys and access cards) for clubrooms and sports facilities. Schedule and conduct daily routine check of all sports facilities.
• Prepare necessary inspection reports on a monthly basis.
• Conduct monthly inspection on sports fixtures (eg. Basketball poles, Swimming start boards, Steeple chase barrier, etc) Prepare necessary inspection reports on a monthly basis.
• Provide access to sports facilities during monthly checks on air-conditioning/fans systems, alarm systems, indoor lighting, flooring, doors and windows, rectification works, etc.
• Conduct routine and regular checks of all SD sports equipment
• Work with Staff, respective Depts and external vendors for calling of quotations and/or arrange for maintenance/repair works when needed.
• Monitor/advise the proper usage of sports facilities & equipment and report any misuse
• Liaise with cleaning or IT supervisor and/or relevant departments on any cleanliness and breakdown matters,arrange for maintenance or repair works when needed.
• Assist to evacuate users from outdoor sports facilities during inclement weather

Requirements

• CPR AED Certified
• To be able to converse in English and write simple reports or statement of account using MS Office applications
• Should be physically fit
• Relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

Provide building maintenance support and service in high rise building, response / hands-on to operational issue arising from electrical services, air-conditioning, plumbing, sanitary services, fire prevention, tenant feedback and etc.

Requirements:

• NTC3 / NITEC in Electrical / Air-conditioning / Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in commercial building
• Knowledge on operating and maintaining electrical and air-condition installation / equipment in a high rise commercial complex
• Team player who is able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
