Job Description:

• To assist Shift Engineer in operations, maintenance of building Mechanical & Electrical Services; Fire Protection System and Capital Equipment.
• To carry out Preventive/Corrective maintenance work.
• Attend to complaints from guestrooms/public areas and back of house.
• Perform rectification to electrical/mechanical equipment, and general builder work.
• To monitor and record daily operation conditions of firefighting equipment and conduct routine check on Fire Command Centre and to attend to fire alarms activation.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives for utility systems operations, maintenance, and reliability programs.
• Establish performance metrics to ensure optimal utility operational efficiency.
• Lead or support utility projects, including the review of engineering design documentation and associated drawings.
• Lead or support Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and commissioning to ensure systems meet User Specification Requirements (URS).
• Participate in system walk-downs to ensure reliable operation of utility systems.

Safety and Quality Compliance Management:

• Lead and support audit readiness for regulatory inspections to ensure compliance with site SOPs, global SOPs, Good Engineering Practices (GEP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Support the development, revision, review, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Assessments, Preventive Maintenance programs, and Job Plans.
• Lead or support deviation investigations and ensure Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented to prevent recurrence.
• Lead or support change control or change evaluation initiatives to improve system reliability and operations.
• Actively promote and practice a strong safety culture.

Sustainability:

• Lead and support site sustainability programs by analyzing energy consumption data, benchmarking usage, and evaluating opportunities for optimization.
• Lead or support the development of business cases to drive site sustainability targets.
• Generate utilities consumption data for regulatory submissions.

Basic Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Manage key equipment and systems including architectural and building maintenance, clean room maintenance, fire protection, security systems, painting, docks, grounds, pest control, staff amenities, janitorial services, cGMP cleaning and sanitization, gowning services, and more.
• Partner with vendors to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), perform audits for vendor service contracts, and ensure outsourced services meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Establish and operate a customer service feedback mechanism to address and resolve concerns promptly.
• Attend SQDIP meetings or production coordination meetings as required.
• Maintain facilities work orders related to routine and non-routine building maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness in various zones to comply with Quality Assurance (QA) requirements.
• Coordinate and manage pest control service programs, closely following up on pest incidents and investigations.
• Schedule and coordinate operations, maintenance, and administrative staff for effective facilities program implementation and enforcement.
• Supervise and monitor contractor performance according to established KPIs.
• Provide support in preparing audit and war rooms, ensuring facility readiness for audits.
• Manage Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) related to facility services.
• Provide training as required and maintain records to satisfy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GxP requirements.
• Collaborate with Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) teams to develop and manage sustainability efforts.
• Manage facility improvement projects and support cost-saving initiatives related to facilities.
• Oversee all facilities soft services, including couriers, stationery, meeting rooms, café, pantry, bus services, and café operations.
• Actively participate in the site emergency response team and EHS training.
• Lead and manage site activities, including festive celebrations, to enhance the workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management with 2 years of experience in engineering, operations, or facilities management in a GMP environment; OR
• Associate’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management with 6 years of experience in engineering, operations, or facilities management in a GMP environment; OR
• High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in engineering, operations, or facilities management in a GMP environment.
• Familiarity with documentation in highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of NC/CAPA/Change Control processes, engineering documentation, and records management.
• Experience in managing contractors and vendors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high computer literacy.
• Customer-focused with strong service-oriented personality.

Position: Watch Technician

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: Central
Working Hours / Days: Mon – Fri, 09.00AM to 06.00PM

Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of mechanical watch movements to solve technical challenges.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various watches models.
• Diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of new watch models and mechanisms.
• Assemble and fine-tune complex mechanical movements with precision and care.
• Conduct quality control checks at various stages of the assembly process.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries related to the mechanical aspects of their timepieces.

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in diagnosing and repairing various types of watches, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz.
• Prior experience in retail industry will be added advantage.
• Candidates with Professional Certification in CW21, SAWTA, WOSTEP, FHH will be an added advantage.
