Job Description

• Conducting routine site inspections of the buildings/properties
• Basic knowledge of repair handywork such as electrical/plumbing
• Maintain and update listing of equipment maintenance schedule
• Might require to travel between properties (Transportation will be provided)

Job Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Building Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facilities Management
• Must have basic electrical knowledge
• Able to speak basic English
