• Control, test and measure as required by the working documents (CMM, internal repair method) by using appropriate metrological tools (millimetres, spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, specific mechanical benches, etc.)
• Inform the Engineering of abnormalities
• Disassemble equipment in compliance with the constructor’s documentation and the CMM (Component Maintenance Manuel)
• Wash and strip the equipment’s parts
• Elaborate with the coordinator a technical quotation for the refurbishing of the equipment: workforce, materials and delays
• Order substitution the elements, repair and reassemble the equipment in compliance with the CMM (at reception of customer’s consent)
• Transmit the equipment file to Certifying staff
• Establish for each phase of the process, the needed documents for the repaired equipment’s traceability
• Adherance to Safety Standards in handling aircraft safety components
• Ensure clean workspace
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Role:

The Field Service Technician is a hands-on team player who will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient deployment, operation, maintenance, and repair of our Cooling Systems at multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping our site operations running smoothly through providing high quality technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a strong customer relationship while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires on-site support and a willingness to tackle various tasks, including maintenance, repair, and manual labour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, installations and repairs on a range of mechanical, electrical systems within the facilities (Electrical, pump systems, etc.)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identify root cause and implement solutions.
• Assist with electrical works such as resetting circuit breaker/ replace fuse etc.
• Assist infrastructure team to fill/drain cooling systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
• Assist site team as required.

Skill and Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent for any trade qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar hands-on role with equipment maintenance and repair.
• Good problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as this position is part of a 24/7 stand-by roster.
• Class 3 driver’s license would be a plus.
• Electrical license would be a plus.

Who We Need

The Facilities Management Senior / Technician will assist supervisor for daily function and maintenance of facilities. The responsibility is to ensure the Hospital buildings, mechanical and electrical equipment are in good functioning order.

The responsibilities are as stated below.

• Carry out day to day repairs & maintenance of facilities to meet requirements.
• Assist to carry out the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for the Hospital buildings in accordance to schedule and specification.
• Request on matters concerning the parts replacement and repairs; maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical and electrical equipment in the Hospital.
• Observe the contractors works according to requirements and to conduct the supervision on works related to the Hospital buildings; mechanical and electrical systems.

How to Succeed
