Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for completing all assigned utilities operations activities, ensuring accurate documentation completion for cGMP system including DIW, Compressed Air & Nitrogen systems
• Meet performance of the assigned operations
• Participates and leads in GMP, SHE walk down if been assigned
• Provides accurate information to visual boards and ensures all visual boards are updated in a timely manner
• Is responsible for maintaining, ensuring good facility housekeeping and fixing up if required
• Effectively communicates during shift handover
• Complete DIW logsheet updates, completes logsheet reviews and checks back logsheets when assigned
• Responsible for supporting the PM Planner in PM scheduling activities
• Participates in investigations when assigned and provides inputs on prevention measures
• Support in Data Collection to assist investigations
• Functions as lead investigator when assigned
• Applies effective root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques to support resolution of incidents, deviation and atypical investigations
• Responsible for dealing with utilities operations issues (includes HVAC, Boiler, Compressed Air, DIW, PUW etc.) when escalated and ensure resolution and timely follow up of identified process/equipment, breakdowns an unplanned events identified
• Responsible for fixing up housekeeping issues
• Demostrate "Go See" behaviour
• Ensures permit requirements are met for all utilities operations activities
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Candidate must already obtain a Boiler Certificate
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
