Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Response Plans (ERP) established.
• Participate and assist in maintenance of all significant planned and ad hoc maintenance events for the facility and ensure these activities are performed in a controlled and proven method to ensure reliability of critical processes supported by these systems.
• Validate all maintenance work carried out by contractors and ensure compliance to prescribed standards.
• Perform routine facility activities such as inventory control (spare parts); Critical system checks and functional tests.
• Respond and take action in response to facility crisis management activities such as: Power outages, fire alarms, ACMV failures.
• Supervise routine maintenance services of third-party service providers.
• Review documentation on procedures and schedules of custodial services.
• Assist F&E Facility Executive with day-to-day operations of cGMP Utility equipment and systems.
• Assist F&E Facility Executive with routine environmental monitoring tasks.

Requirements

• Communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
• Able to interpret control schematics and perform troubleshooting and hands on for minor repairs/maintenance.
• Hands on experience for facility and utility systems (process gas/purified water/ACMV/HVAC) and laboratory equipment/instruments will be preferred.
