Job Description/

Responsibilities

Assist in building / facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works.

Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the facility.

Keep proper records of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) readings and to monitor the performance of M&E systems and equipment.

Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to site manager.

Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors.

Attend to breakdown of building services as and when required.

Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works.

Perform simple troubleshoot issues on breakdowns.

1. Building operations

• To conduct regular building inspections, preventive maintenance of building facilities including electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and sanitary, fire protection system, AV system and checks and to recommend appropriate action to rectify any fault, damages, etc.
• Prepare, set up and operate all AV equipment in time for services and events.
• To supervise service contractors’ work and to ensure that work is done efficiently and effectively so as to ensures the highest standards in terms of cleanliness and aesthetic quality
• Provide logistic support for events and ensure smooth operations
• Work and coordinate with outside contractors/suppliers on facilities and equipment repairs, furniture moving, electrical projects, painting work and light construction, etc.

2. Building works & maintenance

• To call for quotations, recommend contractors and supervise contractors work
• To coordinate repair and improvement works
• To attend to complaints/requests from tenants/occupiers and liaise with all relevant parties concerned
• To supervise cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other service contractors work.
• Ensures that proper safety measures are taken by the contractors and their staff.
• To upkeep all property assets in good order

3. Administrative

• Issuing of Purchase Requisition
• Verify Delivery Order, Job Sheet and invoice upon job completion
• Monitoring and issuing of inventories
• Writing of reports (when required)

Games Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintenance of games and card readers.
• Repair power supplies, motors, chassis, PCB’s and other devices.
• Carry out upgrading, conversions and games modifications.
• Install install new games and associated hardware.
• Keep an electronic log of all games issues and repairs.
• Understand how the Point of Sale and Server software is operated.
• To work with Operations Team on games requirements.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at workspace.
• Other duties as directed.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Sound knowledge and skills in electrical/electronics or mechanical
• Preferrably with casino technical background, someone with experienced in handling gaming machine
• Basic understanding of how videos, monitors and games work, (test functions, mechanical operations etc).
• Skills and knowledge of maintenance tasks.
• Skills and knowledge in basic computing components and networks.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to organise and control work output.
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel

Job Description:

• To ensure all equipments functioning satisfactorily and safely.
• To maintain repairs for all electrical systems.
• To inspect and maintain all air-conditioning/ventilation equipments.
• To inspect and maintain the plumbing/sanitary systems.
• To perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Due to quota unavailability, this position is applicable to Singaporeans only.
• Possess at least NTC 3, NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate.
• At least 1-2 year experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry.
• Able to work on 6 days, 3 rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
