Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up equipment in the Auditorium and man the auditorium AV and stage lighting systems for any bookings;
• Standby service for functions in the Auditorium, including after Working Hours or lunch times, if necessary;
• Provide a monthly health checklist of all AV equipment within auditorium and all meeting rooms with AV equipment;
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems in the facility building
• Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
• Troubleshoot and rectify any technical issues with the AV equipment within auditorium and all meeting rooms in MND offices and upgrade any outdated software or hardware.
• Ensure cleanliness in the meeting rooms/ auditorium/ theatre before and after each event
• Assist with logistic set up for all events, including monitoring caterers' set-up to ensure safety & cleanliness
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, installation configurations, and maintenance activities
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference
• Offer technical support during events, meetings, and presentations to ensure a smooth experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• NITEC in Electrical/ Electronics/ Audio Visual related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with knowledge in managing the setup of AV systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour

• Loading and unloading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and reporting on the servicing schedule of the lorry
• Check accuracy and stability of the load
• Complying with all safety and traffic regulations during the course of delivery
• Perform a pre-operation inspection of the vehicle and equipment prior to operation.

We are expanding our team to include the role of Chemical Engineering Plant Technician that will oversee some of the most exciting developments in sustainable insect biomaterials. The Chemical Engineering Plant Technician is a well-balanced role that will tap on expertise in biochemical engineering, materials science, problem solving skills, and effective communication. Working together with our R&D team, they will scale and expand our manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements:

• A Nitec, Higher Nitec, polytechnic diploma, or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or related field of study
• Strong interest/experience in biopolymers, chemical engineering, and material science

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily manufacturing processes
