• Communicate politely and effectively with the culinary team.
• Entertain guests in a consistent, professional and positive attitude.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
• Prints bill, check bill thoroughly before presenting to guests and accept payment.
• Hold briefing with staff for each shift and review occupancy forecast, reservations, special attention, complaints, problematic issues and others as deem appropriate.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Management, or any related field of professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in the hospitality, food & beverage industry. Pre-opening experience would be useful.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high quality of customer service.

Working Hours: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster).

Job Description:

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data for national statistical information

• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data

• Set KPI for the officers in accordance to the project timeline to ensure project’s success
• Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals
• Manage escalated cases and maintain public relations including any complaints
• Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support to officers to meet KPI
• Assess work performance of officers and identify areas that need improvement
• Ensure that the given KPI for the team are being met based on the project timeline
• Monitor and provide project status report to manager
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
