Duties and Responsibilities

· To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work;

· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;

· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;

· To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;

· To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;

· Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;

· To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;

· Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;

Having the necessary product knowledge and strong people acumen skills are the backbone to a strong restaurant service. • Build and maintain relationship with guests
