What You Will Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including repairs, on Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Order Fulfillment Systems (OFS), and sortation systems.
• Conduct routine electrical and mechanical maintenance for Autostore robots, putaway/pick ports, and conveyor systems; document all maintenance activities.
• Address electrical, mechanical, and software issues as they arise, providing ad-hoc maintenance.
• Plan and execute major system repairs or overhauls, either personally or by coordinating with contractors.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, operations team members, supervisors, and IT teams.
• Resolve equipment faults promptly and ensure the quality of repair work.
• Report faults to the manager in a timely manner.
• Identify and report health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries, and property damage in the workplace.
• Utilize personal protective equipment appropriately and comply with workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and on time; submit necessary records to vendor systems for warranty purposes.
• Train off-shift personnel on minor equipment issue resolution and establish communication protocols with off-shifts.
• Actively contribute to a safety culture within the organization.
• Inspect completed work to ensure repairs meet specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with control engineering, industrial automation (conveyors), and maintenance of plant machinery and material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), including Siemens S7 300/400/1200/1500 and Omron CX-Programmer.
• Familiarity with SIMATIC MicroBox PC, Siemens touch panels, and control components.
• Experience with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems, particularly Simatic WinCC.
• Knowledge of protocols such as ProfibusDP, Profinet, Ethernet, and AS-i Bus, along with testing equipment.
• Experience with variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and inverters, including SEW EuroDrive, SEW Moviaxis, SIEMENS Inverter, and KEB Inverter F4/F5.
• Familiarity with SAP and warehousing management systems.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Scope

The Business Analyst is a functional expert on a specific business process as well as the applications automating these business processes.

The Business Analyst is mandated for maintenance of functional design in collaboration with:

• Business Enterprise Architect and/or Business Domain Expert when applicable
• Business key users for specific Applications (Cloud & non-Cloud)

And ensure that Applications delivered from DTIT development team or Cloud suppliers are compliant to the functional design.

Key Accountabilities:

- Coordinates cross-functional change request for his/her business domain.

- Responsible to define release content in collaboration with users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, computer engineering or similar
• 10 years in semiconductor field
• Expertise in software automation in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Expertise in SECS-GEM standards, Applied Material Cellworks or equivalent platform,
• Good knowledge in Advanced Process Control domain in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Skills on scanning, knowledge of equipment and tools in semiconductor manufacturing.

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to be part of the team in Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that our Resort meets the exceptional standards of cleanliness which is expected of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee and where necessary, undertake the cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other common spaces. Such tasks include but are not limited to sanitizing, dusting, cleaning and other related duties.
