Your role

Our major Oil & Gas (Downstream) Client is looking for implementing Turnaround TA scheduling premise document for Pulau Bukom TA scheduling system/tool. You will serve as the Custodian of TA Event Milestone Schedule (MMS), capturing key calendar dates/milestones covering every phase of TA process.

1. Custodian of TA Event Execution Schedule (MES), integrating all work tasks, work packages, support plans, Operation plans and activities for Bukom TA events.
2. Ensure that MMS captures all phases of TA are updated timely and accurately for review at every formal strategy, steering & planning meetings.
3. Ensure that all MMS sub-milestone schedules utilized by TA teams, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, Construction, Contractors, Specialist, services providers deployed and pre/post-TA preparation works are synchronized at all times.
4. Ensure accuracy and high quality of MES through sound network of activity logic/dependencies, resource loading, simultaneous operation (SimOps) constrains and congestions due to other works.
5. Provide assurance for Capital Projects that are to be executed during TA are properly constructed and integrated into the TA Master Schedule.
6. Ensure review and buy-in of the integrated TA Master Schedule with key stakeholders and contractors.
7. Ensure schedule backups are made at reasonable intervals for network insurance & traceability purposes.

• Fully understands the restaurant’s concept other specifics of the Company
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Serve food courses and beverages to guests
• Pick-up used plates and cutleries and clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation, cleanliness, and creating a positive, productive working environment
• Manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Assist the Managers and/or Supervisors in ensuring that the Steps of Service are met and executed by all restaurant staff members.

Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of project.

· Has experience with carpentry work.

· Able to understand RC structural drawing, specification and calculate the costing

· Able to lead a team of workers

· Ensure smooth progress of site work.

· Assessing and managing safety hazards.

· Completing records for site reports.

· Attending site management meetings.

· Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work.

· To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation.

· Handle project documentation, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works.

· Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

· Min 10 years of relevant working experience

· Shift work and weekend duty is required

. Able to speak in Mandarin and simple Bengali as he need to communicate with Chinese and Bangladeshi workers

*Able work on weekend,public holiday and rotate night shift.

• Interacts positively and professionally with guests, colleagues and other departments as appropriate and required

• Recommends and suggests specialties to guest, up sells whenever possible

• Responsible for all ordering, inventory, stationary and stocks for daily use in outlet

• Inspects table and glassware for cleanliness and damages

• Inspects service stations for cleanliness, functioning of equipment and sufficient supplies

• Presents bill upon request and processes payment

• Train staff in the outlet as and when necessary

• Ensure that service team adheres and comply to company’s policies and procedures

• Ensure product knowledge is accurately delivered to staff

• Handle customer complaints and feedback

• Ensuring that the handover, closing and opening procedures are completed in each shift

• Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet is maintained throughout

• To maintain a sound knowledge of the menu and presentation standards for food and drinks

• Carry out any other duties as per reporting manger and Food & Beverage Operations Manager

You will do purchasing works for repairing or servicing purpose, such as plumbing components, electrical or mechanical items. To conduct internal training for staffs. And responsibility contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied.

What Will You Do

• Responsibilities for plan technical, cold room & forklift maintenance, manage security, fire safety & housekeeping arrangements.
• To do purchasing works for repairing or servicing purpose, such as plumbing components, electrical or mechanical items.
• To conduct internal training for staffs.
• Review and support for Safety and Security Management System
• Any other duties assigned by manager.

What Do We Want

• Min ITE/ Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in cold room maintenance, forklift maintenance and other relevant experience.
• Must possess a Security Licenses
