Responsibilities

• Sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in lodging asset class.
• Review and evaluate lodging investment opportunities through market research, financial modelling, site inspection etc; analyse various outcomes and make recommendations pertaining to those opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the DC facilities with the objective of achieving uninterrupted availability at all times and to ensure the fulfillment of our service commitment to customers.

You will lead the APAC business continuity programme, oversee crisis and event management, as well as the management of BCM systems and tools.

Support execution of the region’s facilities and significant business initiatives or projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the corporate wide business continuity program that addresses disaster recovery (DR), business recovery and emergency response management
• Lead the implementation of end-to-end business continuity programme activities and tests in the region to validate the recovery strategies of the businesses and functions on a regular basis

• Review monthly accounting entries for REIT manager, REIT and SPV entities;
