Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring smooth and efficient project operations. This role is crucial in keeping projects on track and within budget while providing administrative support to project managers and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity on project requirements, tasks, and deadlines.
• Assist in project documentation, including contracts, budgets, reports, and progress updates.
• Maintain and update project management tools and databases.
• Monitor project progress and identify any issues that arise.
• Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and preparing presentation materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction sector is a plus.
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.

· Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales

· Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients

· Cook food in a timely manner

· Delegate tasks to kitchen staff

• Responsible for day-to-day business operations, growth of sales, performance and staff management of multiple restaurants to achieve target KPIs
• Drive sales revenue, increase customer service level and ensure day-to-day operational standards are met.
• Responsible for controllable cost management in terms of outlet overhead and operation costs
• Responsible for developing and grooming the store managerial team to ensure career progression, capability improvement and skills upgrade
• Work with HQ to ensure manpower is sufficient and manage manpower cost.
• Establish procedures and standards of work to ensure operation efficiency in a customer-centric environment
• Strategize with Marketing Department to increase sales and identify new sales opportunity
• Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions
• Utilizes and plan labour effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of service
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
