Salary

During the apprenticeship scheme:

Additionally, the company will allocate an equivalent of SG$1000 per month towards your professional development. This allocation is not paid out as a cash amount, but instead is an investment made by the company in the form of resources for your apprenticeship.

- Personal mentorship and guidance from our master trainers

- Observation and participation opportunities in group classes

- Access to admin, management, mentor, and master trainer support

- Time for review sessions and exams

These components represent the cost borne by the company to provide a comprehensive, quality apprenticeship experience.

You will be expected to spend 44 hours in the studio per week including 1 hour break daily. This time is to be spent studying, practicing and when required, helping out with admin. At the end of your apprentice period you will be expected to be certified as a Pilates instructor, and also familiar with the day-to-day operations of the studio.

After becoming certified as a Pilates instructor:

FULL-TIME: You will be paid a monthly salary of SG$2,800 plus employer CPF contribution and paid leave. This salary will cover 90 (ninety) hours of work with paying clients or trial sessions per month. If you work in excess of 90 hours of classes with clients per month, you will receive an extra SG$40 for each additional class with clients. You should work at least one weekend day per week, and be available at peak-times on weekdays
(either between 7:00am – 11:00am or between 5:30pm – 8:00pm) as well as other times to meet your quota of 90 hours with clients per month. An instructor who works approximately 30 hours per week with clients will earn over $4300 per month during their first year.

Salary progression will be assessed annually or based on experience gained.

For the first few months while you are building up your hours, your salary will be prorated as per part-time basis. Options Pilates does not sponsor the apprenticeship for those who want to work on a part-time basis. However we do hire from our pool of students who graduate from Options Pilates Education, you are encouraged to take up course at your own expense and apply for a part-time position should you wish to work part-time.

While you are building up your hours, you will be paid a monthly salary of SG$1,400, plus employer CPF contribution. This salary will cover 45 (forty-five) hours of work with paying clients or trial sessions per month. If you work in excess of 45 hours of classes with clients per month, you will receive an extra SG$40 for each additional class with clients. You should be available at peak-times on weekdays (either between 7:00am –

The Teamhead Project Management Business Solutions is responsible for the SAP migration projects from R/3 to S/4 Fashion within the PUMA SEAOIN region (South East Asia, India, Oceania). The Teamhead will work closely with the project teams and functional stakeholders to deliver the SAP migration projects, to ensure that the projects are completed on time, and in accordance to business requirements as directed by the project sponsor.

Task 1:

Deliver the PUMA SEAOIN S/4 HANA Fashion Lead project.

- Define the overall project scope and design the project structure with the Project Sponsor

- Perform detailed scoping of the project and identify key workstreams by working closely with all functional leads - including the alignment of the workstream’s outcome, responsibilities, task lists and timelines.

- Identify and build in all inter & intra workstream dependencies into the project plan to develop a clear picture of the project’s critical pathway.

- Establish a project communication plan to ensure that all stakeholders (e.g., project sponsor, workstream leads, advisors) are well aligned on key project topics.

Task 2:

Lead the execution of detailed SAP project plans and coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules to achieve the project objective:

- Conduct regular workstream update sessions and project update sessions to collect status updates from workstream leads and closely monitor the progress against the planned task list and timelines.

- Measure project performance through established KPIs and report to management on a regular basis.

Task 3:

Support the Program Manager in Project Management Office (PMO) to perform regular review of the project plan and update where required to meet the changing project requirements with the approval of the Project Sponsor. Communicate project plan updates to all project stakeholders.

Task 4:

Work closely with PMO and project stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and manage project risks in an effective manner with a particular focus on topics along the critical pathway with strong interdependencies across workstreams. Act as the first gate keeper in problem solving and only escalate to management if required (e.g., decision making)

Task 5:

Ensure project best practices and document management:

- Define and establish best practices and processes for projects to enable cross-functional departments/ teams to readily manage and deliver on assigned/identified workstreams.

- Create, organize, and maintain records of project documents including templates for reporting, project file management, etc.

KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital is the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists first formally recognised overseas training centre in this region for their overseas Subspecialty Training in Maternal and Fetal Medicine (RCOG MFM SST).

Job Description

This is a 2-year subspecialty specialist training programme. The successful trainee will spend the 1st year training in the hospitals of the SingHealth cluster at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Singapore General Hospital. This will be followed by a 2nd year training at hospitals under Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary’s Hospital and Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital) as well as King’s College Hospital. The trainee will be exposed to and trained in all the subspecialties of high-risk Obstetrics, medical complications of pregnancy and fetal medicine and fetal therapy. The trainee will benefit from being exposed to the large critical mass and multi-disciplinary specialists both in Singapore and London, United Kingdom.

This training post will commence on the 1 October 2024 in Singapore and the 2nd year will be in London, United Kingdom. At the end of these 2 years of training, the successful trainee will be a fully accredited RCOG Subspecialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine.

By the time of the closing date of the application, the eligibility criteria for application will include:

• At least 2 years of active clinical practice as a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• Registered with Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and Specialists Accreditation Board (SAB)
• Equipped with MRCOG postgraduate qualification
• At least two 1st author publications in the specialty of obstetrics in PubMed indexed journals

What the role is

The Waste Infrastructure Management Department (WIMD) under the Infrastructure Operations & Management Division (WIOMD) oversees the availability of national waste disposal and incineration capacity, manages private waste facilities, waste disposal accounts and revenue collection by the Waste-to-Energy (WTE) plants and Tuas Marine Transfer Station.

What you will be working on

You will work in the WTE Infrastructure Management Branch (WIMB) under WIMD which plans and manages the waste distribution for all waste disposal facilities including the NEA WTE plants, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) WTE plants and Tuas Marine Transfer Station/Semakau Landfill. It also manages and monitors the performance of the 3 PPP WTE plants under the Service Agreements with NEA. You will be responsible for the following:

• Monitor the performance of PPP WTE plants to ensure their compliance with the requirements of the Service Agreements and Good Utility Practice.
• Monitor and analyse data related to the operations of WTE plants and provide technical advice and expertise to support department’s operations.
• Assist in monitoring the progress and verifying the completion of refurbishment works conducted at the WTE plants.
• Assist in reviewing the WTE plants’ maintenance schedule/program, coordinating maintenance activities to ensure sufficient incineration capacity among the WTE plants.
• Assist in responding to feedbacks/queries related to waste disposal, received via OneService, myENV or online feedback form on the NEA website.
• Assist in verifying monthly invoices to ensure accurate service payments to PPP WTE plants.
• Maintain and organise files, records, and documents ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

What we are looking for
