Job Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy service for development and implementation of Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) management systems.
• Provide internal auditing service on QMS, EMS and OHSMS compliance.
• Conduct QMS, EMS and OHSMS related training.
• Comply with company procedures, certification and industry standards.
• Produce assessment reports on time and comply with the format.
• Undertake necessary documentation, data, administration and communication activities needed to successfully fulfill responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• Degree /Diploma in related discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant consultancy working experience.
• Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to the requirements of the management systems.
• Completion of IRCA / IEMA approved lead auditor course would be an added advantage.
• Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 would be a bonus.
• Possess good lient management skill and interpersonal skill.
• Experience in onducting training, consultancy or audit of management systems.

Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
• Preparing documents and updating records.
• Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
• Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.

Management Trainee Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any disciplines or relevant.
• Experience in management role or similar will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent time management skills.

• As the Subject Matter Expert for contract related matters, act as the first point of contact for the customer and business partners with respect to outsourcing vendors and project related sourcing
• Collaborate with the management and/or project teams, to facilitate the execution of successful contract negotiations
• Provide professional insights and/or pragmatic solutions during negotiations
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of the contracts in the Singapore office
• Render assistance in circumstances where the agreement is drafted by the project teams
• Implement contract management processes, maintain the contract registry and its physical repository
• Manage and be accountable for contract inventory while working closely with business units to ensure that all contracts are maintained and up-to-date
• Report to Management on the status and progress of contracts in a timely manner
• Reach out to relevant parties to negotiate for renewal and extension
• Work with project teams, business units, management and head office to facilitate regular reviews to ensure that contract terms and conditions adhere to regulatory requirement and corporate policies.
• Assist in the liaison between internal and external parties for any contract related matters.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution with min. 5-7 years of related work experience
• Proven relevant working experience in projects and vendor management contracts
• Familiar with industry practices and to ensure that the agreement fulfils the commercial and statutory requirements
• Experience as IT PMO or with experience in IT service agreements, and strong understanding of IT trends and implications on business
• Working experience in Banking& Financial industry is added advantage, with in-depth knowledge of MAS Notices and Guidelines, including but not limited to Guidelines on Outsourcing Risk Management
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent contract management and documentation skills.

About the role:

· Support the Chief Resident Engineer on all site administrative works.

· Format letters or reports in line with the standard project templates.

· Maintain the registration of all transmittals, submittals for project documentations.

· Manage the document control systems e.g. filing, tracking of all incoming and outgoing document correspondences and transmissions for both electronic and hardcopy.

· Operate Project Information Management Solution (Newforma Project Centre or ProjectWise or equivalent). Basic training will be provided.

· Maintain site attendance e.g. timesheet, leave application/approval and record.

· Liaise with the Contractor on the maintenance of the site office and replenishment of all consumables.

· Support site office events or visits.

· Ensure the proper functioning of the site office.

· Organise the storage/archive of documents.

About you:

· Min 3 years of site project support related experience is preferred.

· IT skills - Microsoft Office Competency (Intermediate).

· Highly organized in managing multiple task and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Good communication skill is a must.
