Job Responsibilities:

This role will support in the planning, coordinating, and operationalizing of the Phase I & II programmes under Department of Family Medicine (DFM).

Support team in planning, coordinating and operationalizing Phase I & II programmes:

· Support in tracking timelines for these programmes to ensure that all aspects are adequately covered.

· Support in tutor recruitment for all programmes.

· Procure office supplies, stationeries, laptops, IT accessories, software, etc.

Other duties:

· Organize meetings for department and programmes.

· General Admin duties such as mails dispatch, filing etc.

· Onsite support for Phase II, III & V clinical examinations.
