Job Responsibilities:

• Develop project objectives and mastermind project plan
• Manage and communicate with customers concerns to the team
• Govern the successful delivery of a project on time, within budget, and scope
• Coordinate with various departments on project plans (updates or changes) to ensure objectives are met
• Manage internal resources and vendors for project execution
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk
• Constant update to customers on project development and progress
• Communicate effectively to the team on progress or issues (if any) of the project regularly
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support sales activities in winning new customers
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification
• Possess minimum 2-3 years working experience in injection moulding industry

Volunteer Management

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify, build and sustain a healthy pool of competent Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) and SGD volunteers
• Monitor the recruitment cycle of SGAs and SGD volunteers
• Monitor the centralised recruitment of volunteers (eg. SGA/volunteers referral, Facebook, QSM etc.) to ensure a healthy ratio of staff to volunteers to seniors in order to achieve SGO’s goals and objectives
• Update and maintain volunteer’s personal information and their volunteering activities to ensure an up-to-date database
• Introduce SGO volunteering program to public and private sectors to encourage volunteerism and also, as a CSR, with the aim of providing more avenues for volunteer recruitment
• Support various SGA rewards and recognition initiatives
• Co-ordinate and extend VM related courses for staff and SGAs

Professional Development

• Engage in continual learning for personal and professional growth and development
• Share good practices and support the training and development for SO staff and SGAs
• Establish regular communications with the SO VM champions on matters related to volunteer management and training

Coordination & Admin

• Consolidate feedback from SOs, SGAs and volunteers to identify and analyse needs in the community
• Manage and control SGAs ID tags assets
• Perform office administration functions

Network Development

• Implement strategies to create new volunteering opportunities through partnership with internal and external organisations.
• Implement loyalty programmes to recognise the good work of the volunteers.
• Implement formal/informal channels for volunteers to provide feedback on their participating volunteering program.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably with knowledge and familiarity with the healthcare or social sectors
• Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals
• Confident in working with external stakeholders
• Good in communication, both verbal and written
• Meticulous, team player, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Position: Management Reporting Executive

Location: Tampines - EW2 MRT

Salary: Up to $3800/month

Job Description:

• Implement dashboards using softwares like Power BI and Qlikview
• Provide support for monthly financial reviews
• Assist in budget preparation and undertake financial data projects
• Support management reporting
