Compliance Analyst/Manager,who is responsible for ensuring our organisation adheres to laws and regulations. These can include MAS regulation as a LFMC,CMS requirements, the Data Protection Act (DPA), the Bribery Act, ESG policies, and other sector-specific regulations.

As a compliance manager, you'll develop, maintain, and update internal policies and procedures on behalf of the company. You'll also be responsible for training staff and helping to foster a culture of compliance within the business. You will also conduct regular audits and are responsible for investigating and reporting any breaches to the relevant regulatory bodies.

• 3-6 years experience in Singapore Licensed Fund Management Company or banks
• Compliance Manager Role for the right candidate

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills
• High school degree

• Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

• Record and reconcile expenses, including employee reimbursements.

• Assist in cash flow planning, ensure accurate update of financial records and reconciliation

• Ensure timely and accurate billing and following up with customers/vendors to ensure timely payments

• Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Responsible for the regular updates and distribution of Marketing Materials (fund factsheets, presentations)
• Maintain and update the CRM system and mailing lists
• Work with investment and distribution team and senior management to create marketing materials
• Create and manage content for social media platforms and company website
• Help in the coordination and support of roadshows and events
• Learn about VPAM investment strategies and products
• Participate in client meetings
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform marketing strategy
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
• Experience working in a marketing or similar role preferably in financial institutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• A team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethics
