• Carry out maintenance of the building and all M&E works e.g. air-conditioning, electromagnetic locking system, lighting works, fire protection system, and sanitary & plumbing works
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance (PM) for M&E systems
• Carry out trouble-shooting and corrective maintenance (CM)
• Carry out installation of fixtures or replacement works as required by supervisor
• Conduct regular inspection and ensure building, fixtures, and furnishing defects are rectified in a timely manner
• Ensure access, electrical, water, and air conditioning equipment and systems are operational at optimal levels
• Ensure proper documentation of inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance, repair and service activities
• Assist the Supervisor in the collection of data related to facility maintenance as and when required
• Liaise with other stakeholders on maintenance matters
• Collaborate with team members to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives are met
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Servicesor equivalent with minimum of Three (3) years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management
• Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage digital marketing strategies to drive leads and enhance online presence.
• Track, measure, and report digital campaign performance against ROI goals.
• Create and adapt Chinese-to-English content for various formats, tones, and channels, collaborating with teams for appropriate assets.
