• Attend and follow-up on interface/coordination matters arising from Weekly Progress Meetings, MEICA Erection Meetings, Contractors Interface Meetings, BIM Review Meetings, interface meetings with TWRP, etc and as required for the coordinated completion of the Works under each contract as they lead into the Testing and Commissioning phase of the project

Job Requirements:

• A relevant Mechanical Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in design coordination, MEICA interface management, and construction of large infrastructure and/or industrial projects, waste to energy plants, power plant projects, or waste/water management projects in Singapore is preferred but overseas/international experience will also be considered as relevant for a multidisciplinary experienced candidate.

3. Act as Product Safety Lead with responsibility for risk management activities as below for Santen investigational and post-marketing products.

• Preparation of signal assessment documents
• Creation of action plans to mitigate/manage product risks
• Development and maintenance of product Core Risk Management Plans (cRMP) and Company Core Safety Information (CCSI)
• Preparation of aggregate safety report such as PSUR
• Development of clinical trial relevant documents such as DSUR, safety management plan, periodic risk monitoring of investigational products
• Preparation for safety relevant documents at NDA/MAA dossier in cooperation with other SV members and relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to R&D project as a representative of SV with scientific and strategic input.

4. In addition, provides support to SV related activities/projects globally according to the direction made by head of Pharmaco-Epidemiology at any given time.

DATA MANAGEMENT – MAILING OFFICER (12 months contract + 1 month completion bonus and renewable)

We are helping our client, a top european Private bank to look for a mailing officer, responsible for static maintenance.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Data Management – Mailing officer is a key member in the Client Account Modifications department. He/She is responsible for mailing related static maintenance in Filler, eBanking, etc for client portfolios and agents (EAM/EFA/Finder relationships), as well as handling of ad-hoc client output requests.

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

Client Management (internal & external)

• Establish and build strong relationship through consistent interaction with Front Office/key stakeholders across the Bank regarding the services and support they require and challenges faced

• Manage Front Office’s queries and support troubleshooting

• Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying

with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Business Management

• Timely and accurate processing of e-banking applications / modifications / cancellations, mailing addresses and conditions changes for clients and agents

• Handle returned mails for client portfolios

• Manage ad-hoc clients statements and advices printing requests

• Support the team in user acceptance testing and procedures documentation

• Maintain client data in the bank systems and perform clean-up when required

• Perform signature verifications of the client forms.

• Understand and possess good knowledge of system/business requirements in how client and agent records are maintained / derived

• Strong commitment to quality service and a desire to drive innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives

• Support any ad-hoc tasks / requests as assigned from time to time

Professional and Technical

• Degree with at least 3 years of related working experience

• Previous experience in mailing related data maintenance for Client and Agent (EAM, EFA, Finder) records is preferred

• Good knowledge of account documentation requirements in a Private Banking environment will be an advantage

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Macros and Visual Basic knowledge as well as an aptitude for technology
