• Employee Relations:

Manage and resolve day-to-day employee queries and concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture

• Recruitment Support and Compliance:

Coordinate recruitment activities; refreshing routine job postings, pre-screening applicants, arranging interviews

Facilitating screenings and due diligence for potential new joiner; ensuring Compliance checks such as post-screening, salary slips verification, and reference checks

• Employee Documentation:

Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database (P-file and HRMS – PayDay) and ensuring all employee personal files records are complete, filed and treated with the strictest confidentiality

Administrative Support (10%):

• Provide administrative support to the receptionist, and offer backup and support to the receptionist when assisting other departments and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a HR executive/generalist or relevant position
• Knowledge of Singapore labour law, regulations, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

As a leader in the Digital Asset CoE the Portfolio Management & Governance will support the Global Head, Digital Assets, and senior leaders across CCIB, SC Ventures and CPBB to ensure the effective management and prioritisation of the group’s Digital Asset initiatives. This leadership role will oversee the portfolio of Digital Asset related initiatives and act as a point of escalation for issues and impediments. This role will lead the development of the portfolio management and reporting infrastructure, in line with group and industry best practice, enabling SC as a Digital Asset organisation. This role will also be responsible for managing the strategic investment in Digital Asset initiatives across the relevant Refinement Forums. This role will also have responsibility for supporting the Asia leadership team in the development and execution of the regional strategy as it pertains to Digital Assets. Business

1. Understand the Digital Asset market opportunities and prioritise initiatives with the highest potential commercial return.

2. Align strategy and investment by working with the Global Head, Digital Assets and the relevant Business heads & COO teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements and reports for filing with regulatory agencies based on relevant accounting standards
• Perform P&L and balance sheet analysis, including variance analysis in the statutory financial accounts and reports
