• Ensure compliance with MARPOL and OPA-90 concerning vessel operation.
• Coordinate preparation, approval, and maintenance of OPA-90/VRP, SMPEP, SOPEP or other flag state-required preparedness plans.
• Coordinate registration and take over or hand over of new vessels.
• Coordinate and arrange issuance and amendments to the CSR (Continuous Synopsis Record).
• Monitor the registration and follow up of Non-Conformities and planned Corrective Actions

[What you will be working on]
Our 2-year Management Associate Programme offers you the opportunity to undergo a structured programme where you will gain experience in at least 2 different areas of work in IRAS. You will get to develop competencies across different roles and functions (policy, operations and other competencies). 
You will also be given support and career guidance in the form of mentorship by our Senior Leaders as well as training and developmental opportunities including overseas training opportunities or exposure to work outside IRAS. 
As a young officer, this programme will benefit you as you will gain a better understanding of your career preferences and fit within IRAS and your longer-term career aspirations.

Selection Process 
You will go through 4 stages of assessment as follows:
•Video interview and written assessment

The application cycle for the MAP would be in March annually.
Successful candidates will commence the MAP on 1 August 2024.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Ability to work smoothly with a team, synchronizes processes with others to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

· Must be efficient and energetic, multitasking to complete multiple orders or switching between different types of activities.

· Helping out in the pantry for food preparation which includes cleaning duties when is required.

· Take customer orders, guiding them with selections and making recommendations if requested.

· Responsible for mixing and dispensing various alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks for bar patrons.

· To replenish the stock/supplies as and when necessary.

· To monitor and maintain records of bar stocks, in particular wines and liquors and inform the manager for replenishment when necessary.

· To keep the bar counter clean, wash up, prepare garnishes and maintain housekeeping of the bar area.

· To provide efficient, attentive, courteous and professional service at all times.

REQUIREMENTS
